Evaluation du programme Energizing Change

Le programme Energizing Change, engagé en avril 2004, suit un déroulement conforme à la programmation initiale. Le volet Top Management est quasiment achevé : sur les six séminaires prévus, cinq ont déjà été réalisés et le dernier est prévu pour les 5 et 6 février 2005. Quant au cycle Executive MBA, il est arrivé à mi-course et doit s’achever en juin 2005 par la soutenance des Value Creation Projects (VCP) à l’Edhec (Lille) .

MDI-Alger a estimé utile à cette étape de faire une évaluation du programme par les participants eux-mêmes. Pour cela, les participants au programme Top Management ont été invités à donner leur opinion sur la base d’un questionnaire qui leur a été soumis à travers le blog de MDI-Alger. Une évaluation qui a montré que le programme répondait bien à leurs attentes ; et cela, aussi bien du point de vue du contenu que des conditions d’organisation des séminaires.

Lors du forum sur « La Formation, Levier du Changement », organisé les 18 et 19 décembre dernier par Sonatrach dans les salons de l’hôtel Hilton, Brahim Benabdeslem , directeur général de MDI-Alger, a présenté les résultats de ce sondage.
